Anyway, Deirdre Nezzie was in shocked after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes but she said that it was a waking call for me. She overhauled her lifestyle and signed up for a triathaon. She said that she was weighing 230 pounds when she started the triathaon and she lost 50 pounds. First she was used to sit at home and doing nothing physical activity but after joining triathaon, now she is used to go for swimming, running and biking. Now she became the part of the Tour de Cure. It is a cycling event which raises money for diabetes research.
